Beach properties in Sandbridge and Croatan sit on narrow sandy lanes, and plenty of HOAs there restrict truck hours, parking, or which streets a full-size truck can enter at all.

- Flag any guest parking limits so we know where the truck can actually sit while loading
- Narrow lanes sometimes call for staging with a smaller shuttle vehicle instead of parking a full truck at the door
- Confirm whether a property manager or HOA office needs advance notice of a move-in or move-out
PCS Moves Out of Oceana and Little Creek
A move tied to a report date at NAS Oceana or Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story runs on a deadline that doesn’t shift for weather, a closing delay, or anything else.
- Your weight allowance sizes the job, so send it over at booking. Guessing low means a second trip; guessing high means paying for truck space you didn’t need.
- Base gate paperwork gets sorted before moving day, not on it. Tell our crew what the guard shack will ask for and they’ll have it ready when the truck rolls up.

Anything headed for a Sandbridge or Croatan garage should stay off the floor if it’ll sit for more than a few days before the truck arrives, since wind-driven rain can push moisture in under a garage door.
